Water Wheel Tuning – December 18, 2022 – January 14, 2023
Gather your energy
It is the season of winter,
a special time for calling extra attention
to staying healthy or restoring your health.
The Tai Chi Foundation is pleased to invite newcomers, students, and teachers, to participate in a tuning. No experience necessary.
In Chinese philosophy yang and yin qi, aspects of ourselves, are symbolized as twin children working a water wheel and building up our reserves.
They are filled with qi and life and joyful energy.
After we Embrace the Dao,
the Bear and Owl will guide the way to building our reserves of qi which we can store in our kidneys and eventually in our bones.
In 10 to 21 minutes per day we will tune into our (inner) nature.
We start on December 18. The tuning will start with an optional “live” Zoom session at 10 am PT, 1 pm ET, 7 pm CET.
The link will be sent after you register.
